Yes. We train inhouse at your office or hybrid. There is a reason for that: the training works with examples from your department, and discussions stay internal. We deliberately do not offer open seminars with mixed audiences.
Article 4 requires measures that support the development of AI literacy among people working with AI systems on behalf of a company. Our AI Enablement can be a central part of those measures. We adapt content to roles, prior knowledge and use context and document attendance. Article 4 does not prescribe a specific certificate or a uniform level of competence.
AI Enablement and Token Awareness work well with 5 to 50 participants. For the hands-on coding training we cap groups at 20 people so everyone works at their own machine and questions get answered.
The training is designed by consultants and engineers who deliver AI projects themselves. Examples and exercises come from the participants' working context. After the session, we can address open questions, add follow-up modules or jointly develop concrete use cases.
