Before the workshop we clarify tech stack, prior experience and typical tasks of your team. The exercises build on that. After the workshop we stay available, for example to review the first AI-assisted pull requests.

Which tools does the AI coding training cover?
Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code form the core. Which tools take center stage in the workshop depends on your stack and licenses. The principles, like context steering and code review, transfer to any of these tools.
What prior knowledge do participants need?
Solid programming experience, nothing more. We do not assume AI knowledge. Teams already working with Copilot start at the advanced topics, such as project rules, MCP integration and review strategies.
What does the AI coding workshop cost?
The price depends on duration and number of participants. A two-day hands-on workshop for eight developers costs more than a half-day foundations training, but your team continues working productively right away. You receive a concrete offer in the initial consultation.
What do we need for the hands-on workshop?
Every participant needs their own machine and access to the tools being trained. We support you with licenses beforehand so nobody fails at the login on workshop day.
Is the training worth it if the team already uses Copilot?
Especially then. Most teams use AI assistants as autocomplete and leave the bigger lever untouched: agentic workflows, project rules, MCP integration and systematic review. That is exactly where the workshop starts.
Does rwQUANTICAL deliver the training remotely?
We prefer to run the coding workshop on-site because hands-on help at the machine works noticeably worse remotely. For distributed teams we find a suitable format in the initial consultation.
