Generative AI

A developer generates with Claude Code in minutes what used to take hours. A marketing team creates product visuals with Midjourney, no photo studio needed. A finance department lets GPT summarize quarterly reports. Generative AI creates new content — text, images, code, audio, video — based on learned patterns.

The tool landscape

Text: GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini. They write, summarize, translate, code. Images: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion. Code: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor. Video and audio (Sora, Runway) are still early, quality improves every quarter.

71% of companies use generative AI in at least one function (McKinsey, 2025). The latest models like GPT-5 reduce hallucinations by up to 80% compared to their predecessors.

Getting started — and the limits

The fastest entry point: prompt engineering and text generation. For more, connect generative AI to your own data via RAG — for example a company chatbot that only answers from verified sources.

Generative AI does not replace domain expertise. It makes experts faster. Forget that, and you get polished nonsense. NVIDIA holds 92% of the GPU market — the infrastructure is there. The question is no longer whether, but how controlled your entry is.
